Feasty Foodz™ was founded in 2017 by Amanda Nicholson, a proud Torres Strait Islander woman, professional chef and entrepreneur with a vision to share the rich culinary traditions of the Torres Strait Islands with Australia.

What began as a passion for preserving family recipes and cultural knowledge has grown into an award-winning business that celebrates food as a powerful way to connect people, cultures and communities.

Every dish we prepare carries a story, one that honours generations of knowledge while creating new opportunities for cultural understanding through authentic Torres Strait Islander cuisine.

Amanda Nicholson

Founder | Chef | MBA

Amanda Nicholson is an award-winning entrepreneur, qualified chef, MBA graduate and advocate for Indigenous economic development.

Drawing on her Torres Strait Islander heritage, Amanda established Feasty Foodz™ to preserve cultural food knowledge while creating a sustainable business that empowers others.

Today, she leads the national growth of the Feasty Foodz™ brand through franchising, product development, strategic partnerships and cultural innovation.
